1. Nature of the App

• ZapPlay is a free-to-use rewards platform where users earn virtual currency by watching advertisements and completing in-app activities.
• The app is NOT:
  • An investment scheme, savings scheme, or any regulated financial product
  • A gambling, betting, lottery, fantasy-sports, or games-of-chance application
  • A "get rich quick" or guaranteed-income service
  • A licensed Money Services Business, Payment Aggregator, or NBFC
  • An employer or income source for tax purposes

1A. Reward Events Are Free & Activity-Based

• Any in-app reward event (including the Daily Mission Reward) requires no purchase, payment, deposit, wager, stake, or entry fee of any kind.
• Entry to reward events is earned exclusively by completing in-app activities: watching ads, claiming the daily bonus, redeeming a promo code, completing spins and scratch cards.
• These events are engagement rewards for active users — not games of chance played for money.
• The app remains NOT a lottery, gambling, betting, or fantasy-sports application under any applicable definition.
• Virtual rewards (BonusCoins) and Google Play gift codes distributed through these events have no resale value and are intended for personal use within their respective platforms.
• Every participant in the Daily Mission Reward receives a reward — either a Google Play code (selected participants) or BonusCoins (all other participants). No participant walks away empty-handed.

2. Advertising — How We Earn Revenue

• ZapPlay earns revenue by displaying advertisements to users. A portion of this ad revenue is distributed to users as virtual coin rewards.
• We use multiple ad networks: Google AdMob (3 accounts) and GameAdZone (Google ADX).
• An internal AI system ("Smart Ads") monitors ad CTR (click-through rate) across these networks and redistributes ad traffic to maintain compliance with ad network policies.
• Users are rewarded for watching ads — not for clicking them. Clicking ads is voluntary and provides no additional reward.
• Ad revenue and coin payout rates may vary based on market conditions, advertiser demand, and geographic factors.

3. No Guaranteed Earnings

• Earnings depend entirely on your individual activity and ad availability in your region.
• Ad inventory varies by region, time of day, and device. Some users may earn slowly or inconsistently.
• We make no representation or guarantee regarding any specific earning amount per day, per week, or overall.
• Past earnings of yourself or other users are not indicative of future earnings.
• Earning rates, coin values, redemption thresholds, and reward event terms may change at any time.

4. Virtual Currency Has No Inherent Cash Value

• ZapCoins and BonusCoins are virtual rewards used solely within ZapPlay: Play & Collect Reward.
• They have no monetary value outside the app.
• Conversion to real-world value (INR) occurs only when a redemption request is reviewed and explicitly approved by our team.
• We reserve the right to change conversion rates with reasonable notice.
• Virtual coins that expire (ZapCoins after 90 days of inactivity) have no residual value and cannot be reinstated.

5. Redemption is Discretionary

• All redemption requests are subject to manual review and approval.
• We reserve the right to reject any request suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violation.
• Approval of one request does not guarantee approval of future requests.
• Redemption is not an investment, financial instrument, or guarantee of liquidity.

6. Google Play Codes

• Google Play gift codes distributed as rewards (via redemption or Daily Mission Reward) are issued by authorised resellers.
• ZapPlay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google LLC.
• "Google Play" is a registered trademark of Google LLC. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
• Google Play codes are non-refundable once delivered and have no cash value.

7. Tax Responsibility

• Any income from ZapPlay redemptions (UPI/bank payments or Google Play codes) may be taxable under applicable Indian tax law.
• You are solely responsible for declaring such income to tax authorities.
• ZapPlay does not withhold taxes, issue TDS certificates, or provide tax advice.
• We may, where legally required, share aggregate payout information with regulatory bodies.
• Please consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations.

8. No Financial Advice

• Nothing in ZapPlay, its communications, or its policies constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.
• Do not make financial decisions based on potential ZapPlay earnings.
• Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

9. Risk Acknowledgment

• Account suspension or termination for policy violations may result in loss of accumulated coins without compensation.
• The Service may be modified, suspended, or permanently discontinued at any time.
• Ad revenue, coin earning rates, and payout terms are subject to change.
• We are not a regulated financial institution. Virtual coins are not protected by any financial regulator or deposit insurance.

10. No Affiliation

• ZapPlay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any government body, financial institution, SEBI, RBI, or official cashback program unless explicitly stated.
• We are not affiliated with Google LLC, Meta, or any other company whose trademarks may appear in our ad content.

11. Acknowledgment

By downloading, installing, or using ZapPlay: Play & Collect Reward, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Financial Disclaimer in full.
